T.W.Lab. - Translationism

Translative

This is a project to translate the discoveries (learning) from the past into a new bridgehead for the future,
using our historical imagination.
Like a translator who translates an original text into a different language,
we attempt to discover creativity in translating the ideas and creations of others in history into the present.

歴史的な想像力を働かせながら、過去からの発見（学び）を未来への新たな橋頭堡として翻案していくプロジェクトです。原典を異なる言語へ翻訳する翻訳者のように、
歴史の中の他者の考えや創作を現代に翻訳することの中に創造性を見出す試みです。

　Computer and internet technology has let us indulge in much amount of informations. To throw away garbage of information show expressions at that time.
　Translation is that kind of attitude and all of fictions which has been gone by documents must be translation of all of documents as memories and history.

　コンピュータとインターネットによって、私たちの廻りを日常的に取り巻く情報の総量は格段に増えた。今は情報を得ることよりも、捨てる論理が表現を生む世紀を生きている。
　有史以来、宗教を含むあらゆる思想は翻訳者の意訳によってその広がりがデザインされてきた。異なる言語で意味を伝えようとする際の要は、いかに不明瞭な情報を捨てるかにクリエーティビリティが発揮されることである。
　現実が現実とフィクションの間の臨界線を越えたとき、フィクション（想像）は全て現実の蓄積（記憶であり歴史）の翻訳なのだ。
