目黒川トラベルマップ
It is a proposal to make the river an infrastructure of "local town sightseeing".
From the Shinagawajuku in Tokyo Bay, going through the Meguro River to Sangenjaya, I designed a tour that could be enjoyed within one whole day at any time during one entire year.
The river is an infrastructure that combines the modern administrative division and its budget. Expressing the cityscape produced by a series of small capitals as "town tourism" will be a universal method of acquiring foreign capital and promoting regional development in areas without symbolic tourism resources.
The river, one line, is divided into two major areas. First is the area from the river mouth to Taiko Bridge, within which we can trace up with a small boat. In this area, the theme for the tour is historical remains of Edo and it will start in the Shinagawajuku of the old Tokaido. After getting off the boat at Taiko Bridge, tourists can walk to the Ohashi Bridge under the full bloom of the cherry blossom forest. From the Ohashi Bridge, the Meguro River becomes a culvert, above the culvert, I designed a path of hydrangea that connects the spring season with the following summer. Even within one day, the scenery changes with the progression from daytime to nighttime. With the one day out of the one year tour, tourists can go through the Meguro River with enriching shops along the Meguro River.

川を丸々１本1年の四季を通じた「まちなか観光」のインフラストラクチャーとする提案である。東京湾に面する品川宿から目黒川を遡り、三軒茶屋に至る道程を１年、１日の両方の単位でできる観光そのものをデザインした。
川は近代的な行政区分（とその予算）を越境するインフラである。小さな資本の連続が生む都市景観を「まちなか観光」に表現することが、象徴的な観光資源がない地域での外資獲得・地域振興の普遍的な方法となるだろう。
川のone lineは大きく二つの領域に分かれる。 かつて品川本港案という築港計画が立てられた品川沖から小舟で遡ることができる河口から太鼓橋までのエリアは、旧東海道の品川宿に始まる江戸の歴史遺構をテーマとした。 観光客は夏の祭り、秋冬の川面に反射した桜木を船から眺める。 太鼓橋で下船し、そこから大橋まで「桜の森の満開の下」の春を歩く。 大橋から暗渠となる目黒川の上には紫陽花が道を作り、春を次なる夏につなぐ。その1日の時間の中にあっても、朝昼夜の時間の変化によって見える風景が変化する。 ある1日、ある１年を通じて観光客は目黒川を遡り、沿道の商店を潤わせる。

Temporary theater will be constructed with containers transported by small boat from the Shinagawa area to the now-unused unloading site of the Meguro-River middle reaches.
目黒川中流の今は使われなくなった荷揚げ場に品川沖から小舟で運んだコンテナで仮設劇場を作る。
